Returns

All MWimi's Collection items are handmade, therefor unique. Because of the nature of the items, returns and exchanges are not accepted. You can contact us at sales@mwimiscollection.com if you have any inconveniences with the order.

Damages and issues
MWimi's Collection assure all packages are properly packed and handed to the post office (USPS). Once items are in transit, MWimi's Collections is not responsible for any damages that may occur. If by any chance you receive the wrong item please contact us at sales@mwimiscollection.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
